theXedList follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Data Retention and Account Deactivation
We retain the information you provide for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services to you. All information and data on our website are voluntarily provided by hosts. Please note that theXedList does not screen or monitor the data submitted to our platform. All data that is submitted onto our site is done so anonymously.

We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, you may contact us directly.

Please note that to ensure the integrity of our records, requests for account termination and data deletion must be made in writing. After receiving a written request, we will delete the applicable information unless we are legally required or permitted to retain it.

Be aware that even after your account is terminated, we may retain your information as required by law, for audit purposes, to resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our User Agreement, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.
Minors' Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the minor’s account.
